Acceptance of Terms
The Terms of Service (“Terms”) you are reading are a legal agreement between Mogol Limited (“Mogol”) and yourself (“you”). “VPNHouse” means the infrastructure, software, and other technology that Mogol owns, controls, or uses to provide the services as defined below. By accessing or using any applications such as the free and paid version of VPNHouse, including the mobile and desktop applications of VPNHouse (“Service”) you agree that you have read, understood, accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
VPNHouse reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revise or modify these Terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such revisions or modifications. Users are responsible for viewing these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after a change or modification of these Terms has been made will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you violate the Terms, Mogol reserves the right to issue you a warning regarding the violation. You agree that Mogol may change any part of the Service, including its content, at any time or discontinue the Service or any part thereof, for any reason, without notice to you and without liability.
The Service is intended for use by those 21 or older for amusement purposes only. If you are below 21 years old, you declare that your legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of your employer or another entity, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have full legal authority to bind your employer or such entity to the Agreement; (ii) you have read and understand the Agreement; and (iii) you agree and consent to the Agreement on behalf of the party that you represent.
By creating an account for using our Services, you represent that you are at least twenty one (21) years of age, or at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside or from which you use the Services, or that you are a valid legal entity, and that the registration information you have provided is accurate and complete.
Some sections of these Terms or the Privacy Policy may not apply to your specific use of the Services. Thus, if you do not agree with any part of the Agreement applicable to you, you may not use our Services.
1. Modification
Mogol may update these Terms from time to time without any notice. Unless it is otherwise stated by us, each update of the Terms comes into force as of the moment the amended Terms are published on the Site. If you continue to use the Services after these changes take effect, then you agree and consent to the revised Terms. Otherwise, you shall immediately cancel and discontinue using the Service. The current version of the Terms is available on the Site. You understand and agree that it is your obligation to review these Terms from time to time in order to stay informed on current rules and obligations. Notification on any core changes to the Terms will be provided to subscribers through an email message sent to the email address you provide to us, and/or banners or pop-up messages posted on the site and/or on your account.
2. Privacy Policy
Mogol is committed to your privacy. During your registration, we may collect some personal information, such as email address. We only collect such information as is strictly necessary for the proper delivery of the Services.

3. License
Subject to your agreement and compliance with these Terms, Mogol grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited scope license to use the Service. Use of the Service shall be solely for your own, private, non-commercial entertainment purposes and for no other purpose whatsoever. You hereby acknowledge that your license to use the Service is limited by these Terms, and, if you violate or if, at any point, you do not agree to any of these Terms, your license to use the Service shall immediately terminate, and you shall immediately refrain from using the Service. If the Service or any part thereof is determined to be illegal under the laws of the country in which you are situated, you shall not be granted any license to use the Service, and must refrain from using the Service.
4. Rules of Conduct and Usage
You represent and warrant that you have full right and authority to use the Services and to be bound by these Terms. You agree that you will comply fully with all applicable laws, regulations, statutes, ordinances, and the Terms herein.
You undertake that you shall not defraud, or attempt to defraud, VPNHouse or other users, and that you shall not act in bad faith in your use of the Service. If VPNHouse determines that you do act in bad faith in violation of these Terms, or if Mogol determines that your actions fall outside of reasonable community standards, Mogol may, at its sole discretion, terminate your account and prohibit you from using the Service.
- Access the Service if you are under the age of 21 or not accompanied by a legal guardian, if required by a respective legislation of the country of your residence.
- Libel, ridicule, defame, mock, stalk, intimidate, threaten, harass, or abuse anyone, hatefully, racially, ethnically or in any other manner.
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or transmit) files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files or data, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the Service or the computers of other users of the Service.
- Advertise, solicit or transmit any commercial advertisements, including chain letters, junk e-mail or repetitive messages (spim or spam) to anyone.
- Violate the contractual, personal, intellectual property or other rights of any party including by using, uploading, transmitting, distributing, or otherwise making available any information or material made available through the Service in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other right of any party (including rights of privacy or publicity).
- Create false personas, multiple identities, multiple user accounts, set up an account on behalf of someone other than yourself, use bots or other automated software programs to defraud or which otherwise violate these Terms of Service and/or the terms of service of any third-party applications or social networks through which the Service is accessed.
- Attempt to obtain passwords or other private information from other members including personally identifiable information (whether in text, image or video form), identification documents, or financial information.
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit), without Mogol’s express permission, any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including, without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (“gifs”), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as “spyware,” “passive collection mechanisms” or “pcms”).
- Improperly use support channels or complaint buttons to make false reports to Mogol.
- Engage in any fraudulent activity with respect to payment methods or advertiser tracking mechanisms.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations, or encourage or promote any illegal activity including, but not limited to, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, defamation, invasion of privacy, identity theft, hacking, cracking or distribution of counterfeit software, or cheats or hacks for the Service.
- Attempt to use the Service on or through any service that is not authorized by Mogol. Any such use is at your own risk and may subject you to additional or different terms. Mogol takes no responsibility for your use of the Service through any service that is not authorized by it.
- Post or communicate any person’s real-world personal information using the Service.
- Attempt to interfere with, hack into or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers for the Service.
- Attack, compromise, hack or try to crack third party servers and computers using VPNHouse.
- Engaging in the transmission of unsolicited promotional emails or conducting any other activities associated with spamming for marketing or advertising purposes.
- Initiating attacks, unauthorized access attempts, hacking, or attempting to breach security measures of third-party servers and computers through the utilization of VPNHouse infrastructure and VPNHouse software.
- Interfere with the ability of others to enjoy using the Service, including disrupt, overburden or aid the disruption or overburdening of the Service servers, or take actions that interfere with or materially increase the cost to provide the Service for the enjoyment of all its users.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Our Services may be accessed from all around the world, so it is your responsibility to assess whether your use of the Services is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You may not be able to access the Services if you are located in any of the countries where using, accessing, or subscribing to the Services would violate sanctions imposed by United Nations, USA and EU.
Whenever you use the Services, you must comply with these Terms and applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Mogol aims to provide the best service possible to all of our subscribers. In that sense, we require that you do not misuse our content or Services. A misuse refers to any use, access, or interference with the content or Services contrary to the Terms or applicable laws and regulations.
In order to protect the Services from being misused or used to harm someone, Mogol reserves the right to take appropriate measures when our Services are being used contrary to these Terms and applicable laws. You agree that Mogol may restrict access to any part of the Services, terminate your account, or take any other legal measure provided by law, without providing a refund for Services already paid, if we believe at our absolute discretion that you have misused the Services.
- Send or transmit unsolicited advertisements or content (i.e., “spam") over the Services.
- Send, post, or transmit over the Services any content which is illegal, hateful, threatening, insulting, deceptive or defamatory; infringes Mogol or third parties’ intellectual property rights; invades privacy; or incites violence or any unlawful behavior.
- Upload, download, post, reproduce, or distribute any content protected by copyright or any other proprietary right without first having obtained permission from the owner / licensor of the proprietary content.
- Upload, download, post, reproduce, or distribute any content that includes sexual or explicit depictions of minors, or content that is similarly restricted / prohibited in your country.
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other Subscriber from using or enjoying the Services.
- Attempt to access, probe, or connect to computing devices without proper authorization (i.e., any form of “hacking”).
- Attempt to compile, utilize, or distribute a list of IP addresses operated by VPNHouse in conjunction with the Services.
- Use the Services for anything other than lawful purposes.
6. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership
Mogol retains all rights in the Service materials (including, but not limited to, applications, software, designs, graphics, texts, information, pictures, video, sound, music, and other files, and their selection and arrangement) (collectively, “Service Materials”). The entire contents of the Service are protected by applicable copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, international conventions, and other laws protecting intellectual property and related proprietary rights.
You shall not and/or nor shall cause any other party to modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, transfer, create derivative works from, rent, sub-license, distribute, reproduce framed, republish, scrape, download, display, transmit, post, lease or sell in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, use for any purpose other than for using the Service pursuant to these Terms or otherwise exploit any of the Service Materials without Mogol’s explicit, prior written permission. The foregoing shall not apply to your own user content that you post through the Service in accordance with these Terms. All other uses of copyrighted or trade mark material, including any derivative use, require explicit, prior written permission from Mogol. Any reproduction or redistribution of materials not in accordance with these Terms is explicitly prohibited and may result in the termination of your Service account as well as severe civil and criminal penalties.
Mogol and/or its licensors and affiliates own all right, title, and interest, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights, in and to all the Service Materials. You hereby acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service or by accessing any of the Service Materials, or rights to any derivative works thereof.
7. Third-Party Websites
Mogol may provide you with content belonging to third parties or links leading to third-party websites. Mogol is not responsible for the availability of the content provided by third parties as they are not under the control or supervision of Mogol, and they may have different terms of use and policies. Your access through our Services to any website, service, or content provided by third parties does not indicate any relationship between Mogol and such third parties.
8. Partner Services
Mogol may from time to time provide access to or promotional offers for partner services, applications, or websites (“Partner Services”) as an added benefit to the Services. The Partner Services are not integrated or incorporated with the Services, and your interactions with any Partner Services are governed by their own applicable terms. Mogol will never share your personal information with any provider of Partner Services.
Mogol does not guarantee and is not responsible or liable for the behavior, features, or content of Partner Services or any transaction you may enter into with any provider of Partner Services, nor does Mogol warrant the compatibility or continuing compatibility of the Services with Partner Services. Your use of Partner Services is entirely at your own risk and discretion. Accordingly, any issues arising out of or in connection with your use of Partner Services shall be resolved directly between you and the provider of the Partner Services.
9. Disclaimers
We will strive to prevent interruptions to the Site or the Services. However, these are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, and we do not warrant, either expressly or by implication, the accuracy of any materials or information provided through the Site or the Services, or their suitability for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted under the applicable laws, we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not make any warranty that the Services will meet your requirements, or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects, if any, will be corrected. You acknowledge that you access the Site and/or the Services at your sole risk and discretion.
VPNHouse service coverage, speeds, server locations, and quality may vary. Mogol will attempt to make the Services available at all times. However, the Services may be subject to unavailability for a variety of factors beyond our control, including but not limited to emergencies; third-party-service failures; transmission, equipment, or network problems or limitations, interference, or signal strength; and may be interrupted, refused, limited, or curtailed. We are not responsible for data, messages, or pages lost, not delivered, delayed, or misdirected because of interruptions or performance issues with the Services, communications services, or networks. We may impose usage or Service limits, suspend Services, terminate accounts, or block certain kinds of usage at our sole discretion to protect Mogol, subscribers or the Services. The accuracy and timeliness of data received is not guaranteed; delays or omissions may occur.
Mogol reserves the right to investigate matters we consider to be violations of these Terms. We may, but are not obligated to, at our sole discretion and without notice, remove, block, filter, or restrict by any means any materials or information that we consider to be actual or potential violations of the restrictions set forth in these Terms, and any other activities that may subject to Mogol or our customers to liability. These rights include the right to terminate your Account or take any other legal measure provided by law. Mogol disclaims any and all liability for any failure on our part to prevent such materials or information from being transmitted over the Services and/or into your computing device.
10. Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability
You agree that your use of the Service shall be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mogol, its officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, explicit or implied, in connection with the Service and your use thereof including implied warranties of merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, usefulness, authority, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness Mogol makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content of the Service or the content of any sites linked to the Service and assume no liability or responsibility for any:
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content.
- Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the Service.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of Mogol’s secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
- Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party; or
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service.
In no event will Mogol, its directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, be liable to you or any third person for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever including any lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the Service or other materials on, accessed through or downloaded from the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Mogol has been advised of the possibility of these damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction. You specifically acknowledge that Mogol shall not be liable for user submissions or defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct by any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Mogol, and each of its directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with
- Your use of and access to the Service.
- Your violation of any term of these Terms.
- Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
- Any claim that a user submission made by you has caused damage to a third party; or
- Any User Content you post or share on or through the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mogol, its officers, directors, employees, members, partners, agents, and suppliers, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, partners, and agents, from any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Services, including but not limited to your violation of this agreement. We may, at our sole discretion, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. The assumption of such defense or control by us, however, shall not excuse any of your indemnity obligations.
12. VPNHouse Service
Usage Limitations
While we strive to provide a high-quality and reliable VPNHouse service, there may be limitations to its usage. VPNHouse service coverage, speeds, and server locations may vary based on factors such as server load, network congestion, and geographic location. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may implement usage restrictions to protect the overall performance and stability of VPNHouse service.
Service Updates and Modifications
Mogol reserves the right to update, modify, or enhance VPNHouse service at any time. These updates may include adding or removing server locations, improving encryption protocols, or implementing new features to enhance the overall service experience. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant service changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about the latest updates.
13. Choice of Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, excluding its rules governing conflicts of law.
14. Dispute Resolution
By accepting these Terms and/or using the Services you irrevocably agree that all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Services shall be finally settled by the applicable Courts located in Limassol, Cyprus.
15. Assignment
In the event that Mogol is acquired by, or merged with, a third-party entity, Mogol may, without your prior notice, assign this agreement and its rights and obligations hereunder to a new corporate entity, who shall be bound by these same rights and obligations. The rights and obligations of the parties under this agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and permitted assigns of the parties. Any assignment not in accordance with this agreement shall be null and void.
16. Final Provisions
If any provision in this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect the original intent of the provision, and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure to exercise or enforce any right or the provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision or be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
